Voting for our three $114,000 grants will open on August 5, 2026 at 8:00am EST and close at 8:00pm EST.
ALL 342 Members who funded these three grants in 2025 will each have the opportunity to cast their vote.
On August 5, 2026 at 8:00am EST, each of these 342 members will receive an email from Election Buddy with your official voting ballot. You may cast your vote during this 12-hour window. If you plan on attending the Awards Dinner, please keep this email until after all five finalists have presented their initiatives at the Awards Dinner. You will then have an opportunity to vote live. If for any reason you have an issue, paper ballots will be available.
Voting will be by preferential ranked-choice voting and all voting members will be asked to rank their choices (1-5) in order preferred. Assign 1 for most preferred.

The nonprofits in this tutorial are from last grant cycle. This tutorial is for instructional purposes only. The nonprofits in this video are not the nonprofits that will appear in your 2026 voting ballot that will be emailed on August 5, 2026.
